What was the highlight of Hotel Nafore
Really good location and worth the money
Underfloor heating meant the room was always warm, good location - walkable distance to Myeongdong, the palace and lots of coffee shops around. Also walking distance to the metro stations. 2 free water bottles provided every day of our stay. Breakfast was basic but they offered English and Korean foods along with coffee and juice so was pretty good.
Nothing really, everything met our expectations.

What was the highlight of Hotel Nafore
Excellent value for money
We stayed with them for 6 days, and we travelled with our senior citizen family members. The room was very clean, including the bathrooms. Linens are being well kept clean everyday. The breakfast spread had enough options to fill you up to kickstart the day. The room was very spacious. We had a lot of space enough for our stuff. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and will definitely come back.
Maybe they can offer room service in the future because their food was very good. Considering the winter season, there are days that we are challenged to go out to eat because of the cold weather but we had to because no food was available in the hotel aside from the breakfast time. However, this is manageable and just a nice to have. Another improvement perhaps is assistance for transportation since the hotel is not located to a spot that cars can pick guests on the spot. A little walk is still necessary to reach the pickup point, which could be challenging when you are travelling with older or those that has challenges with walking.

What was the highlight of Hotel Nafore
We enjoyed it very much.
The customer service was excellent. We appreciated the willingness to help and accommodate us with things such as taxi arrangements and where to go for different activities. The housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Also, the size of the room was very nice for the number of people in our family.
It was difficult not having coin laundry accommodations on the premises. Although laundry service was available, we prefer to take care of that ourselves, so we had to walk a few blocks to do laundry. That was the only downside as far as we’re concerned.
